| The contact screen can be accessed from within the contact's company record or on it's own. The Contact screen reveals the detail about each contact in a company. Each email address and telephone number is hot-linked and tracked in the History tab when activated. Mail lists for mail merge and email broadcasting can also be maintained in this screen. |
