ResQ Field Automation can event capture Customer Signatures, which eliminates disputes.

The ResQ Field Automation System provides a complete, end-to-end wireless system by linking

technicians to the main ResQ Database. ResQ Field Automation allows Technicians and

Management to transmit and receive critical information directly to and from the main server without interruptions or delays. Sign-ins signoffs, travel time, parts used, hours worked and service history can all be recorded automatically and transmitted immediately to the main database for processing. This makes your Dispatcher and Technicians more effective and productive which allows

you to provide your customers with excellent service they deserve.

Service Dispatch
