ResQ Mobile
Edition (m.e.) is a powerful, stand-alone version of ResQ's
Sales Automation tool for your off site or remote sales personnel.
It extends the sales productivity of the standard ResQ Enterprise
Sales client by taking the main phases of
the sales process on the road.
ResQ ME
provides the tools sales people need to collect, store and
analyze customer information in order to close the sale. Designed
to work as a mobile or remote client for organizations running
the full client server version of ResQ Enterprise on
their LAN. ResQ ME allows the remote user to collect and update
sales information while away from the office. With ResQ ME
the remote user keeps information flowing through the main
ResQ Enterprise database using synchronization, resulting
in all employees working at maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
ResQ ME can also be used in an ASP (Application Service Provider)
configuration, offering full functionality through an internet
browser or custom versions can be used on various PDA's and
Tablet PC
units.
This program
has been written specifically for the remote sales group to
use their contact time with the customer more efficiently
and more effectively than in the past. Never before has it
been so quick and easy to follow a sales prospect from discovery
to completion of the sale while on the road. ResQ Enterprise
's centralized data can now be accessed and updated
from anywhere in the world through any Internet connection.
