ResQ Documents is a great tool for managing both historical and living documents like marketing materials, vendor invoices, customer purchase orders, employee handbooks, etc. ResQ Documents takes the traditional process of taking paper documents and placing them in filing cabinets, into scanning them directly into the database or taking existing documents and importing them into the database where they are electronically tied to various records in ResQ, like Customers, Vouchers, Service Calls, etc. The last five years or so have seen great advances in the computer technology available for use in document management.
