As a fully integrated system, operating in real-time, ResQ Financials provides you with up-to-the-minute information at your fingertips.

ResQ Financials requires no batching of transactions from one module to another and there are no month-end processes or closes to worry about. Financial events trigger automatic journal entries so you always have an up-to-the-minute view of your complete financial picture.

ResQ Financials is a fully integrated with other ResQ Enterprise™ modules. All modules are designed to work together seamlessly, simultaneously running in real-time, helping to manage all aspects of your business. Thanks to this integration, there is no batch processing or complicated routines required to get a real-time understanding of the financial position of each department in your company.

With a built-in reporting suite of predefined reports you know exactly how well your business is doing at any time! For more complex data analysis you can use the integrated Query Analyzer to build complex queries against the SQL database. The results of these queries are nicely exported to Microsoft Excel for further manipulation and analyses.

You can publish your reports in a variety of formats. Distribute reports via email with ResQ's built-in PDF and Word Writer,or print them out as hard copies. ResQ's built-in report writer allows you to utilize a wide range of reporting tools, including reformatting default reports, embedded logos and graphics, multiple font and color support,and comprehensive layout and output features.

Incredibly feature-rich, ResQ Financials offers a comprehensive solution for most businesses. With its integrated Customer Relationship modules all working in unison, ResQ Financials is flexible enough to meet the needs of most enterprises.

ResQ Financials tracks every event with a user identification and logging in requires either Windows NT or MS/SQL Authentication.
