BPU Signs Agreement with OSI to Resell ResQ Enterprise
Newmarket, March 10, 2004: Open Solutions Inc.(OSI), the creator of innovative solutions for automating business processes with it's integrated CRM / ERP solutions, has signed a distribution agreement with the Business Process Unification Group (BPU), a Canadian enterprise software company for business management software. Under the agreement, which became effective in the third quarter of BPU's 2004 fiscal year, BPU may integrate and resell Open Solutions Inc.'s ResQ Enterprise™ software with any BPU product. Previously, BPU had provided custom developed automated business systems, which BPU will continue to do.
OSI's technology replaces a businesses desperate software and information silos with an integrated solution so that information can be fully integrated and managed digitally within the organization through electronic workflow. OSI technology is designed as an open application and database, allowing BPU to easily customize the application or the application's behaviour to align directly with their customer's best practices and current way of doing business.
