OSI Value Added Reseller ResQ's Tennis Canada
Open Solutions Inc., a market leader in integrated CRM / ERP solutions, is pleased to announce the successful implementation of ResQ Enterprise at Tennis Canada.
Newmarket, August 5, 2004: OSI today announced the successful implementation of ResQ Enterprise at a major sporting event.
Tennis Masters Canada 2004
was a smashing success. The event held at the new Rexall Centre at York University
came to an end after nine days of the world's best tennis. A large part of
the success of this tournament can be attributed to one of OSI's top Value
Added Resellers, the Business Process Unification Group. Starting back in
October 2003, the BPU Group began the process of implementing ResQ Enterprise
at Tennis Canada's new facility. The BPU Group was using ResQ as the foundation
for a complete venue management system including ticket sales for the new
stadium (the seating manifest was produced and maintained using Master Part
Numbers), Corporate Sales and Hospitality and their Benefit Management needs
as well as providing the standard functionality of ResQ for their many departments.
With over 1,000 hours of custom configuration time involved, Tennis Canada
was still able to take advantage of regular ResQ updates without interfering
in the code that the BPU Group authored.
