OSI Introduces Document Management
Open Solutions Inc., a market leader in integrated CRM / ERP solutions, announced the availability of Document Management
Newmarket, January 15, 2003: OSI today
announced a new Document Management component which allows electronic documents
to be stored and accessed across a single enterprise-wide system, providing
flexible, secure and controlled document and permissions management. The
new Document Management tool is an excellent add-on to the ResQ Enterprise CRM
/ ERP suite.
Available
now, Document Management provides access to documents stored within the SQL
database. With this new tool, users will spend less time searching for
documents, reducing manual time consuming tasks and eliminating errors.
Document Management allows users to access current, up-to-date documents like
service level agreements, contracts, marketing materials, HR documents,
Purchase Orders, Vendor Invoices, etc and then store signed or complete
documents against customer records. Document Management is accessible
from all modules, Sales, Service, Accounting, and Project Management. Access to
information can be controlled on an as-needed basis, allowing in-house company
information to be protected, and allowing external access to data as required.

for new customers and it is available to existing customers having current
