OSI Releases Configurable Dashboards
Open Solutions Inc., a market leader in integrated CRM / ERP solutions, announced the availability of yet another real-time data display with it's configurable graphical dashboard
Newmarket, September 15, 2004: OSI today announced a new Configurable Graphical Dashboard component which allows a customer to simply select from a predefined list or define their own dashboards to measure and display any type of information. To stay competitive in today's business environment, your users need react to critical information without delay. Knowing what is occurring in your business and being notified of critical processes is key to effective decision making. OSI's Configurable Dashboard addresses this need by consolidating multiple streams of information into one convenient point of access.
Within minutes
you can define and publish a dashboard that shows key information. For example
you can display the dollar value of the invoices that are being produced today
or a running total of orders booked to date. You can view bottle necks in
order workflow, or you can monitor what is happening in your service department
or your call center. The information you can monitor is limitless, and with
the built in tools provided, you can have your own views in minutes. (You
have the option to define round or analog gauges, a variety of pie charts
and bar graphs and you can define refresh rates as well as how many you with
to display on one dashboard).The new Dashboard tool is an excellent add-on
to the ResQ Enterprise CRM / ERP solution.
Available
in the next release, the Configurable Dashboard allows you to build your own
stored procedures to call or you can write your own query in the user interface.
You can query anything in the SQL database. With this new tool, users
will spend less time running and reading reports for key information, instead
you will have a heads-up view of critical information.
The Configurable Dashboard is available at no extra
charge for new customers and it is available to existing customers having
current service contracts.
