Supplements
are installed on your system periodically as issues are resolved
and new features added. You can expect a minimum of 4 of these
per year. Beta sites can expect a release once per month.
Upgrades are included with the price of your annual service
contract.

A reporting
system is designed to suite your needs (daily, weekly, monthly,
etc.). Reports commonly contain information about the tasks
completed, tasks planned for the next period, risk management
and questions to the customer. The reporting format is normally
approved by the customer at the beginning of development cycle.

have Internet portals which would allow customers and employees
to inquire, update and change data. What you open up to self
service is entirely up to you.
